Experimental Georgian natural semi-fermentation tea, with partial normal and partial vacuum fermentation. Oolong-style technology. Two and three leaf + one bud material. Technology was developed by Sergey Shevelev during summer 2024 experiments on the factory (SH marker). Handcrafted in Ozurgeti, Georgia.
