Summer Pu-erh is a vibrant, refreshing blend that combines earthy shu pu-erh with fine green teas. Its recipe features a base of Sencha and Jasmine green tea infused with a rich fruit bouquet: ripe strawberries, physalis, kiwi slices, rose hip, and crisp apple pieces.
This blend yields a smooth, uplifting infusion with a balanced flavor of sweet strawberries and velvety cream. It is equally delicious enjoyed hot for a comforting boost or brewed cold (Iced Tea) for a cooling, thirst-quenching drink.
