Xi Hu Long Jing, also known as Dragon Well from West Lake, is a legendary green tea from Zhejiang Province and one of the finest representatives of classic Chinese green tea. It is renowned for its flat leaves, distinctive roasted chestnut aroma, and smooth, slightly sweet flavour with a rich umami character. It is no coincidence that Long Jing has long been recognised as one of the Ten Famous Teas of China.
