Cha Gao or "tea paste" is an unusual, rare, ambiguous and exclusive product. It represents small black pieces of uneven shape, slightly porous. Few people have tasted it and it is certainly not liked by everyone. But this product definitely deserves attention. Once it was known only in the south of the Celestial Empire and was especially loved by Tibetan monks. Gradually, its fame spread outside China and today there are more and more people who want to buy puerh resin.

The amazing concentrate has been known since ancient times. For the first time Puer resin was prepared in the VII century AD in the Chinese province of Yunnan. In the X century the drink was enjoyed only by the elite of Yunnan province. Another 3 centuries later, monks appreciated this tea, Puer resin was loved by the dignitaries of Tibet. Puerh resin is obtained by long evaporation and roasting of raw materials in special cauldrons with almost non-stop stirring. This process lasts for a whole day.

* However, it seems that the ideal way to prepare it is to brew it directly in a thermos. Approximately 2 grams per one liter: just pour boiling water and wait a few minutes. In a thermos, the resin is guaranteed to dissolve faster and completely.
