Gui Hua Bai Cha (White Tea with Osmanthus, Shou Mei 2013, Fujian Province)
Gui Hua Bai Cha is an aged white tea Shou Mei from the 2013 harvest, grown in Fujian Province, and naturally scented with osmanthus flowers. This blend offers a gentle floral aroma and a light honey sweetness, while keeping the characteristic notes of aged white tea — woody, herbal, and slightly sauna-like tones.
Each pressed piece weighs 5 grams and is sealed in individual airtight packaging to preserve its freshness and aroma.
Brewing recommendations:
-
Use 1 piece per 150–200 ml of water.
-
Water temperature: 85–90 °C.
-
Steeping time: 1–2 minutes.
-
Can be re-steeped several times, gradually increasing the steeping time.
The infusion color changes from pale yellow to deep orange as the tea brews.
Ingredients: white tea, osmanthus.
