Teapot “Jing Lan” (井栏)

The “Jing Lan” teapot is made in the classic Jing Lan (井栏) form, traditionally used in Yixing tea ceramics. Its restrained silhouette and balanced proportions make it comfortable for everyday tea practice and tea ceremonies.

The teapot is crafted from Da Hong Pao Yixing clay, which retains heat well and helps the tea unfold smoothly and evenly. Over time, the teapot becomes seasoned, enhancing the character of the tea.

The teapot is decorated with engraving: on one side, a dragon twisting among clouds — a symbol of strength and energy; on the other, a phoenix soaring in the sky, representing harmony and renewal. This traditional motif emphasizes balance and the unity of opposites.
