GABA “Wild Honey”
GABA oolong from Anxi, Fujian Province, blended with natural wild honey. Made from medium-sized leaves, buds, and a few stems, this tea combines smoothness and richness, making each cup vibrant and comforting.
Aroma: freshly brewed leaves reveal notes of caramel, malt, flowers, and vanilla, with a subtle hint of honey.
Taste and liquor: the first infusion gives a full bouquet — a bright, rich liquor with caramel sweetness, malty softness, and floral hints. The second infusion becomes slightly more aromatic, with a gentle floral aftertaste. Subsequent infusions add a delicate bitterness and a refreshing tone, leaving a light, pleasant finish.
Effect: gently invigorates, suitable for daily tea drinking.
Brewing recommendations:
-
Use 7–10 g of tea per 150 ml of water.
-
Brew with slightly cooled boiled water to fully reveal aroma and flavor.
-
Multiple infusions are possible, gradually increasing steeping time to explore all nuances of taste and aroma.
Ingredients: oolong tea, honey.
