Huang Shan Mao Feng or "Yellow Mountain Woolly Peaks" are harvested and produced on Mount Huang, located in Taiping County, Anhui Province, at an altitude of 700 to 800 metres above sea level.
The dark green elongated teas with a small amount of white pile, heterogeneous in shape. The aroma of dry tea is bright floral-grassy with a touch of magnolia and background note of roasted pumpkin seeds. In the hot flavour the main bouquet intensifies. In the first two spills there is a note of roasted nuts, but then it disappears, giving way to floral and fruity nuances.
Lasts for 7-8 spills.
Suitable for any method of brewing with chilled water.
