Japanese Ceremonial Matcha Uji, 30g

Authentic ceremonial grade Japanese matcha sourced from the renowned Uji region in Kyoto Prefecture, the birthplace of Japanese tea culture.

Cultivated using traditional shading techniques, only the youngest first-harvest leaves are hand-picked, air-dried, and slowly stone-ground into a silky-smooth micro-powder. It features a vibrant jade hue, a velvety texture rich in umami, and a naturally sweet, smooth finish without astringency.

Brewing: Sift 1–2 g of matcha into a bowl, add 60 ml of hot water (70–80 °C), and whisk vigorously in a W-motion using a bamboo whisk until a fine foam forms. Enjoy straight or as a matcha latte.
