A classic green tea with a long history. Ranked among the top ten most famous teas in China.
Liuan pumpkin slices are grown in Anhui Province, in Liuan, Ho Shan and Ding Sai counties. It grows in the mountains at an average temperature of 14 degrees Celsius.
It is harvested at the onset of the rainy season by plucking the first two or three leaves with a bud. The elongated smooth dark green leaves remotely resemble pumpkin seeds.
Fresh, aroma with a hint of orchid and pumpkin seeds. The flavor is deep, combining tenderness, tartness and sweetness. The aftertaste is sweet and long.
This tea is a good thirst quencher, refreshing and mildly tonic.
