| Kind: | Red tea |
| Type: | Pressed |
| Gathering place: | Wuyishan, Fujian Province, China |
Produced in the village of Gua Dun in the Tong Mu Nature Reserve. This batch was split into two parts: one was used to make smoked tea and the other became Da Chi Gan. The latter was not smoked over wood and does not have a smoky flavor. This tea features a balance of delicacy, refinement, and subtlety combined with powerful, oily fruitiness, while retaining the characteristic qualities of red tea — astringency, a fiery taste, and strong impact. It stands out as an exceptional example of Wuyishan red tea. The product is pressed into 50-gram bricks.
Ingredients: black tea.
