Gunpowder can rightly be called one of the classic variants of Chinese green tea. Freshly picked tea leaves undergo several stages of processing: first the stalks are completely removed, then the leaves are roasted, twisted into balls after cooling down and kneaded in the boiler for some more time. Thanks to this method of twisting, the tea leaf retains a large amount of essential oils, and it is for this that true tea lovers respect this variety. The Ganpowder tea leaf has a gray-green color with a slight gloss. The finished drink has a subtle, slightly astringent flavor with sweet notes, and a stable herbal aftertaste, thanks to which it deserves the attention of real gourmets. Smoky and floral notes can be caught in the tea aroma. The infusion is clear and clean, light yellow in color.
Ingredients: green tea gunpowder.
