Moli Lun Zhu or Jasmine Dragon Pearl is a very famous premium Chinese green tea with delicate jasmine flavor. It is a tea with no artificial additives, flavorings or colorings. 100% Organic. The jasmine flavor is acquired during the production process - the pearl is formed by hand, it is mixed with jasmine buds up to six times, each time the buds are replaced with new ones. In this form, the raw material is left in a humid place to absorb the flavor of the flowers. After that, the tea is separated from the jasmine and allowed to dry completely. Artificial fragrance is strictly forbidden: such batches are recognized as counterfeit.

Moli Lun Zhu successfully combines the beneficial properties of natural green tea and jasmine flowers. It helps to improve blood circulation, helps to get rid of fatigue and headaches. In Chinese folk medicine, jasmine is known as an anti-inflammatory agent, so this tea is useful to drink when you have a cold. Also Jasmine Dragon Pearl is a wonderful refreshing and tonic drink.

Some important tips for jasmine flavored green teas:

  • Don't skimp on the tableware: it should match the expensive tea. You don't have to buy rare Yixin teapots, but it's worth spending on a separate gaiwan (a bowl with a lid) and a teapot to hold only jasmine varieties. Then you are guaranteed to get the authentic flavor of Moli Lun Zhu.
  • Do not use steep boiling water: 80 °C will be sufficient.
  • If you do not pour the brewed tea 2-3 minutes after adding water to the cups or drainer, the infusion will acquire a bitter, "stale" flavor.
  • The use of a pourer (a vessel resembling a European milk jug) is especially recommended if several people are taking part in the tea ceremony. The infusion will be mixed evenly and all portions will be brewed equally. If the tea is poured directly from the teapot, the stronger infusion will end up at the bottom, which, according to the Chinese, is unfair to the guests.
