Anji Bai Cha Premium — an exceptional Chinese green tea from Anji County (Zhejiang Province), harvested in the early spring of 2026. Despite its name "Bai Cha" ("White Tea"), it belongs to the green tea family, named so due to a natural phenomenon: when spring temperatures drop below 20–23°C, the young shoots produce very little chlorophyll, turning albino-white. This premium lot boasts an incredibly high amino acid content, resulting in a remarkably smooth, sweet cup completely free of bitterness.
Appearance: Elegant, slender leaves of a noble pale green, almost jade-like hue. The infusion is crystal-clear with a delicate emerald tint.
Aroma: Bright, refreshing, and herbal-floral. Once brewed, it unfolds rich notes of a blooming summer meadow and white peonies.
Taste: Light-bodied yet rich and buttery in texture. Subtle nuances of meadow flowers and fresh-cut grass are paired with a delicate berry crispness and a pronounced sugary sweetness. The finish is long, refreshing, and sweet.
Benefits & Features: Packed with L-theanine, it delivers a profound state of relaxed alertness — gently melting away stress, sharpening mental focus, and perfectly cooling the body.
Ingredients: green tea.
