An exceptionally rare tea harvested from abandoned old tea gardens and wild tea trees in the high mountains of Nanjing County, Fujian Province. Originating from Dancong cultivars that have grown wild for several decades, these trees have naturally blended with undomesticated forest terrain.
Hand-harvested each spring in limited quantities (no more than 50 kg per year), these hidden gardens are known only to a handful of locals. The large, twisted leaves produce a golden liquor with an arresting aroma—earthy and woody, with hints of tropical flowers and resin. The flavor is intense yet clean, featuring deep minerality and a lasting sweet-bitter balance that reflects its wild roots.
Ingredients: oolong tea.
